I did hours of research on sleep training my infant, but I still didn’t feel confident to actually start doing it. When I did try here and there, I would just watch my baby scream and cry on the monitor for what felt like hours and I would give up. It was torture. He was six months old and I felt more tired than when he was a newborn because I was still waking up every few hours to feed and soothe him.

Nina was unbelievable. Our baby’s sleep was a mess when we came to her. He’d been napping only in the stroller and sleeping in bed with me every night, waking up at least four times a night, often more and my husband slept on the couch because he couldn’t sleep with Maximo.

I was so nervous leading up to the sleep training because Maximo SCREAMS when I put him down or leave him in his crib. But with the plan Nina made for us- honestly, it was painless.

When there were issues that came up, she answered questions very quickly and with such great understanding and compassion.
