$700This plan is ideal for families who prefer a very gradual approach, who may be room sharing or co-sleeping or for those feeling anxious about the idea of sleep training. We will walk slowly and gently together through the process and take the time to adjust to your comfort level along the way.
This package includes:
- A full assessment of your child’s current sleep needs
- A 60 minute virtual consultation with Nina Cas to discuss family goals, your child’s sleep needs, creating a safe and comforting sleep environment, a calming and soothing routine, biologically-based scheduling and a menu of varied sleep training approaches.
- A straightforward plan, customized sleep training plan
- Access to a Digital Sleep Log
- Daily email and/or telephone support for four weeks
- A personalized Wrap-UP and Transition document at the end of the week that offers tips and tricks for handling sleep during travel, illness, nap transitions, and developmental milestones.
