This plan is ideal for families who have a basic understanding of their child’s sleep patterns and who may need a review of sleep science and a week of support tweaking their schedule.

    • A full assessment of your child’s current sleep needs
    • A 60 minute virtual consultation with Nina Cas to discuss family goals, your child’s sleep needs, creating a safe and comforting sleep environment, a calming and soothing routine, biologically-based scheduling and a menu of varied sleep training approaches.
    • A straightforward plan, customized sleep training plan
    • Access to a Digital Sleep Log
    • Daily email and/or telephone support for one week
    • A personalized Wrap-UP and Transition document at the end of the week that offers tips and tricks for handling sleep during travel, illness, nap transitions, and developmental milestones.
